But most mysterious of all is the shopkeeper herself: a formidable witch whose origins no one can uncover. During the bitter winter, she brings heating equipment, along with piping-hot oden, grilled sausages, roasted sweet potatoes, cocoa, and more. During the sweltering summer, she offers a mysterious black fizzy drink called cola, a strange chilled white confection known as ice cream, air conditioners that blow cold air, and fans that create a breeze when their blades spin. The shop even stocks powerful magical artifacts with miraculous seasonal effects, all at astonishingly low prices. Master dwarven craftsmen become obsessed with the shop's seemingly miraculous electrical appliances. Elves are captivated by rare and unusual crops they have never seen before. Orcs take one look at the snacks and simply cannot tear themselves away. Wandering merchants rejoice over goods beyond anything they have ever encountered... ... In the end, the tiny shop that started it all grows into an enormous shopping complex, bustling with customers of every race, their faces bright with happy smiles. Rao Ke can only sigh helplessly.
