Chapter 34
Chapter 34 Rose: Bathtub.
Fu Chaoying felt her heartbeat suddenly slow for a beat, then start racing wildly.
She suddenly had the feeling that she’d gone too far. But she liked seeing Ye Jiayuan like this.
“Jie…” Fu Chaoying stared into her eyes, the end of the word trembling with something elusive. She lifted a hand and let her fingertips brush lightly over Ye Jiayuan’s cheek. The touch was smooth and delicate, carrying a faint warmth.
Ye Jiayuan looked at her. Her eyes were as deep and unreadable as ever, yet they seemed tinted with a heavy color, as if she meant to draw Fu Chaoying straight into them.
Feeling her hot breath, Fu Chaoying suddenly stuck out the tip of her tongue and gave her lip a light lick before pulling back at once. “Is sister jealous?”
The tail end of her voice was teasing, with a careless hint of seduction.
The temperature inside the car seemed to rise all at once.
Fu Chaoying’s attention was on her face, but two seconds later it snapped down to her thigh.
Ye Jiayuan’s hand had somehow settled there; the warmth of her palm passed through the thin silk and into her skin.
Fu Chaoying could feel that warmth—not fully pressed against her, but slowly moving.
Unconsciously, Fu Chaoying held her breath, feeling the heat of that palm and the faint, teasing rub.
“We’ll settle this when we get back.” Ye Jiayuan’s voice sounded low by her ear, carrying a barely perceptible rasp.
Fu Chaoying’s heart beat even faster. The “settle this” in Ye Jiayuan’s mouth was absolutely not punishment in the ordinary sense, but something else... an implication.
Before Fu Chaoying could react, Ye Jiayuan had already leaned over to fasten her seat belt. The movement was crisp and decisive, carrying an irresistible dominance and force.
Fu Chaoying looked at her face so close to hers, smelled the faint magnolia fragrance on her body, and her heart skipped again.
Ye Jiayuan walked around the front of the car and returned to the driver’s seat.
The car pulled out of the parking lot, moving at an astonishing speed.
Fu Chaoying gripped the handrail tightly, feeling the intense push of acceleration against her back.
All the way back, neither of them spoke. Silence filled the cabin. Fu Chaoying quietly turned her head to look at Ye Jiayuan’s profile.
Ye Jiayuan was still that cool, self-contained person she always was, as if the woman just now, with emotions surging through her, had only been an illusion.
But it was exactly like the calm before a storm.
The road was clear all the way; soon they reached the underground garage of the residential complex.
Fu Chaoying swallowed, a little nervous, yet faintly expectant.
Her heartbeat was unusually fast.
The car stopped. Fu Chaoying had just unbuckled her seat belt when she heard the driver’s door slam shut.
Then the door on her side opened, and Ye Jiayuan directly scooped her up around the waist.
That warm magnolia scent went straight into Fu Chaoying’s heart; but Ye Jiayuan’s expression was not good. Fu Chaoying instinctively hooked her arms around Ye Jiayuan’s neck and seemed to hear her laugh softly.
Less than two seconds later, they were in the elevator, which was empty.
In the enclosed space, Fu Chaoying suddenly felt tense, only to find that Ye Jiayuan’s gaze wasn’t even on her.
It was as if the desire she had seen in Ye Jiayuan’s eyes before had been an illusion. But the warmth and strength of the arms holding her, and the fingertips that teased her in passing, told her it was no illusion.
With a ding, the elevator arrived. It seemed to signal that the “settle this” Ye Jiayuan had mentioned was not far off.
Fu Chaoying’s throat moved. She watched as Ye Jiayuan opened the door.
Her mind was still thinking about which bedroom they’d go to when Ye Jiayuan suddenly changed how she was holding her and pressed her against the doorframe. The back of her body hit the cool door panel; in front of her was Ye Jiayuan’s soft body.
The lights weren’t on, so Fu Chaoying couldn’t see her face, but she could clearly sense her hurried breathing; the kiss came down immediately after.
An urgent, invasive kiss.
Completely unlike her cool, self-contained appearance under the lights.
Fu Chaoying was forced to tilt her head up; her tongue was sucked until it went numb, and her just-bitten lower lip felt itchy. The touch of fingertips through silk was hazy, yet carried a particularly electric tingling.
Listening to the deep, tangled breathing of the two of them, and the wet sounds stirred up by lips and tongue.
It was as if even the air had heated up.
In less than two seconds, her lips and tongue moved to her collarbone. But Fu Chaoying couldn’t feel it too clearly, because two other places were being gently rubbed at the same time.
One above and one below; each half.
Ye Jiayuan’s kisses were aggressive, but her movements were especially gentle and slow, as if she were testing the waters.
Fu Chaoying had never felt stimulation from another person like this before. She couldn’t help letting out a soft moan and clinging to Ye Jiayuan’s shoulder, calling softly, “Sister...”
Her tone was soft and winding, warm breath like orchid fragrance.
Ye Jiayuan seemed to laugh. “Drunk today?”
It wasn’t a simple question.
If she answered that she was drunk, would Ye Jiayuan be like that night again?
Fu Chaoying’s brain couldn’t think, but she heard her laugh softly, then confirm, “You only had two glasses.”
Fu Chaoying gave a faint mmm, but then was abruptly lifted by her and carried into the room in three quick steps.
Fu Chaoying suddenly remembered those kinds of dreams.
It wasn’t until Ye Jiayuan set her down that her kiss came again, while her hands never stopped moving, as if she were very experienced. Before long, Fu Chaoying felt her chest go cool.
Less than two seconds later, those two hands pressed down, carrying a trace of probing, but even more impatience and teasing.
Feeling her lightly scrape over her, Fu Chaoying couldn’t help letting out another soft cry. What answered her was even greater force, even faster rhythm.
Then Ye Jiayuan’s damp, warm tongue lightly licked, and even her teeth rubbed gently.
“Mn... sister...”
Breathless, Fu Chaoying called to her, but what she got in return was a low-voiced question: “Which sister.”
Fu Chaoying propped herself up on her elbow and leaned close to Ye Jiayuan’s ear, her breath fragrant. “Jiayuan-jiejie...”
Her voice was sweet and soft, carrying a bit of coquettishness and two parts seduction.
Ye Jiayuan said nothing and kissed the other side.
Fu Chaoying’s body trembled uncontrollably, her breathing growing heavier and heavier.
Ye Jiayuan’s dense kisses fell one after another, like feathers teasing at the strings of her heart. Fu Chaoying couldn’t help hooking her leg around her waist, rubbing lightly against her back, then sliding along with her.
With the sound of metal, the restraint at her waist loosened; then the restraint on her leg also loosened.
The part of her that had never been explored by a second person was now taut and tense.
Ye Jiayuan’s warm, soft fingertips circled there, then asked her, “Is this okay?”
Feeling her fingertips, Fu Chaoying gave a soft mmm.
It was just a simple syllable, yet it somehow carried the meaning of an invitation.
After a rustle of movement, there was no more obstruction.
Fu Chaoying unconsciously held her breath, then felt the faint probing of her touch.
Hearing a faint wet sound, Fu Chaoying heard her cool, rasping voice by her ear again. “Little Ying is... so sensitive.”
Fu Chaoying knew what she meant. Her already flushed face heated up again.
Then she felt Ye Jiayuan’s hot breath brush the corners of her lips before being gently kissed.
It was as though fireworks exploded in Fu Chaoying’s mind; her breathing immediately became hard to bear.
Her body trembled and twisted without control.
A trace of doubt flashed through Ye Jiayuan’s mind again, but it was immediately swept away by the sweet taste in her mouth. She had no time to think about anything else.
Fu Chaoying’s mind went completely blank, left only to sensation.
An indescribable itch spread from the bottom of her heart.
Ye Jiayuan’s touches were sometimes light, sometimes heavy, leaving Fu Chaoying unable to handle it; her breathing became even harder to bear, and she called her hoarsely, “Sister...”
Her tail end was tinged with a bit of pleading, hoping for a little mercy.
But unexpectedly, Ye Jiayuan only laughed and said, “Even real sisters settle accounts clearly.”
“Besides...”
Ye Jiayuan didn’t finish before she sucked hard again.
The double assault of hearing and touch made Fu Chaoying struggle to keep herself upright. After who knew how long, she couldn’t stop trembling.
A familiar feeling rushed over her, but it was fiercer than any time before. A faint sobbing note spilled from Fu Chaoying’s throat.
Feeling her trembling, a thought flashed through Ye Jiayuan’s mind; she immediately dismissed it.
Ye Jiayuan got up and fumbled in the drawer for something.
Fu Chaoying heard the rustling and faintly guessed what it was.
Less than two seconds later, Ye Jiayuan came back.
She no longer kissed Fu Chaoying’s lips, but traced the area around them gently with her fingertip.
Fu Chaoying had not yet finished digesting the aftershock when it started again.
Less than two seconds later, her lips came down, her teeth rubbing lightly, while her fingertip was already almost slipping inside her lips.
A strange sensation surged up. Fu Chaoying let out a soft gasp. “It hurts...”
Pain.
Ye Jiayuan instantly froze, stopping at once. Then she leaned down and asked softly by her ear, “You... haven’t had this before?”
Fu Chaoying gently shook her head. “No...”
In this kind of atmosphere, it naturally wasn’t suitable to bring up another woman.
Ye Jiayuan kissed her earlobe, then her lips again, each kiss carrying comfort.
Then, against her ear, she asked softly, “Keep going?”
Hot breath brushed by her ear, bringing a bit of itchiness. Fu Chaoying couldn’t help wrapping her arms around her neck to kiss her back; of course that was an answer without words.
Ye Jiayuan became careful, only circling lightly around the lips at first, before slowly proceeding.
The foreign sensation in her throat came again. Fu Chaoying’s throat let out another sound, but it wasn’t “pain.”
Ye Jiayuan got feedback and began to search, alternating light and heavy.
She was obviously doing it on purpose.
Fu Chaoying couldn’t help twisting. That sensation instantly turned into itch. The tingling spread straight into her heart.
Feeling her fingertip wrapped in the scorching, wet heat of Fu Chaoying’s mouth, Ye Jiayuan finally seemed to find the right place.
Light rubbing, then heavy friction.
She leaned over and kissed the corner of Fu Chaoying’s mouth.
With the double sensation, Fu Chaoying’s throat kept spilling out sounds that didn’t seem to belong to her.
“Jie...”
Hearing her winding tone, Ye Jiayuan deliberately slowed down. “Does it hurt?”
Her voice was already so hoarse it was almost unrecognizable, and it still carried a teasing lure.
Fu Chaoying twisted lightly. “Mm... it doesn’t hurt...”
Understanding what she meant, Ye Jiayuan slowly withdrew her fingertip, only for Fu Chaoying to bite down on it with her mouth.
The spark was immediate. Fu Chaoying wanted to push Ye Jiayuan’s shoulder lightly, but she couldn’t push her away; the sensation swept through her in an instant, leaving her arm without strength.
Who knew how long it had been when a sensation she had never experienced before suddenly crashed over her. The sounds spilling from Fu Chaoying’s throat came down like a rainstorm.
Her voice was already hoarse beyond recognition, carrying an obvious sobbing note.
“Waa... sister...”
Ye Jiayuan immediately removed the thing from her middle and index fingers, then stepped forward and gathered Fu Chaoying into her arms. She held her gently, kissing her shoulder and collarbone.
Even being treated so gently, Fu Chaoying could hardly control her body; the trembling did not stop for a long time, and her sobs kept coming.
Ye Jiayuan went to kiss the corner of her eye again; there it was slightly wet.
But it wasn’t truly tears in the ordinary sense; it was droplets of water condensed from a kind of haze.
Fu Chaoying buried herself in her arms and lightly thumped her chest. “You, you...”
But after half a day, she still couldn’t say a single complete sentence.
Ye Jiayuan gently held her hand and laughed softly. “Sorry.”
Fu Chaoying didn’t hear much sincerity in that apology. She only lifted her head slightly and bit Ye Jiayuan’s collarbone, but accidentally bit her collar instead.
Fu Chaoying froze slightly, then was instantly swept up by a nameless fire. She reached out to tug at her in a flurry, but in her panic, only managed to unbutton two buttons.
Ye Jiayuan smiled helplessly, took her hand, and slowly helped her.
Being led along by her again, Fu Chaoying let out a soft hum and withdrew her hand.
She couldn’t say anything at all.
This time, she was completely defeated.
She was the one who had lured Ye Jiayuan into losing control; the one who lost completely in the end was also her.
But the sensation deep inside had not yet faded, and Fu Chaoying still couldn’t bear to let go of that hot, soft embrace.
Held by her and gently stroked for a long time, Fu Chaoying was almost drifting off to sleep when she was hugged tighter again.
“Be good; take a bath before sleeping.” Ye Jiayuan’s voice was filled with endless tenderness and indulgence.
Only in this kind of situation would she speak to her so gently and indulgently, instead of with that faint, cool self-restraint.
Fu Chaoying pressed her lips together and nodded slightly before being let go.
“I’ll go run the water.”
With a rustle of movement, Ye Jiayuan left her.
The bathroom lights were all on. Fu Chaoying’s head was still foggy, but it was automatically replaying everything from just now.
Unconsciously reaching out, she touched a patch of dampness, and it was no surprise at all.
Ye Jiayuan ran water into the bathtub, and not long after, came out to carry her.
Fu Chaoying instinctively wrapped her arms around her neck, but hesitated a little. “I, I can go myself.”
Ye Jiayuan laughed. “Afraid I’ll see?”
For some reason, Fu Chaoying felt shy and buried her face in Ye Jiayuan’s arms, letting her carry her into the bathroom.
Once they entered the fully lit space, Fu Chaoying still couldn’t gather the courage to open her eyes until she was set into the bathtub at just the right temperature.
“You still won’t let go. Do you want to wash together?”
Fu Chaoying let go of her hand as if shocked, only to see the smiling eyes above her.
Ye Jiayuan seemed to be especially in a good mood tonight.
Fu Chaoying looked at her eyes intently, only to see her begin unbuttoning her shirt.
Fu Chaoying’s breath hitched, watching her undo one button after another.
She quickly looked away, but heard her say, “Return the favor.”
Fu Chaoying slowly focused on her hands; under her cool, ascetic aura, these movements somehow became incredibly seductive.
But Fu Chaoying truly had no strength left at this moment.
Only later did she realize that Ye Jiayuan’s so-called return the favor simply meant showing her this once.
After that, Fu Chaoying was held on her lap and kissed; the sweat that had just been washed away seeped out again.
She was left with only enough strength to breathe, and those sounds echoed in the cramped bathroom.
Water from the bathtub splashed out bit by bit.
By the time it was over, only half the water remained in the tub.
Fu Chaoying didn’t even have the strength to lift a hand, let alone criticize her.
Still, she silently vowed that next time she would definitely win back the round.
Fu Chaoying was carried onto the bed by her to blow-dry her hair. She was so comfortable she was almost asleep, but in her dazed state she heard Ye Jiayuan ask, “Little Ying, before...”
Fu Chaoying’s mind was hazy, and she only muttered, “Gently...”
Ye Jiayuan laughed in understanding, picked her up, and sent her back to her own bedroom.
But just as she opened the door to leave, she happened to run into Fu Chaohua returning.
When Fu Chaohua saw Ye Jiayuan coming out of Xiaoying’s bedroom, her gaze unconsciously examined her, and she vaguely noticed a suspicious mark on Ye Jiayuan’s collar.
?? Was that a bite mark?
Fu Chaohua immediately widened her eyes, only to see Ye Jiayuan’s expression remain calm as she said coolly, “Back so late.”
Seeing how composed she was, Fu Chaohua dismissed the thought.
First, Jiayuan-jie always treated them like younger sisters of her own. Second, Jiayuan-jie probably wouldn’t take advantage of someone in a compromised state. Third, Xiaoying had had some alcohol, but she should still know her limits.
Fu Chaohua convinced herself, then naturally greeted Ye Jiayuan; her speech carried a little drunkenness. “We finished drinking and went for a walk.”
“Good night, Jiayuan-jie.”
Ye Jiayuan gave a slight nod and walked back into her own bedroom with unhurried steps.
Only after closing the door did she reach up and lightly touch the bite mark left on her collarbone by a certain little cat.
Then she suddenly heard a phone ring.
Ye Jiayuan answered.
The way the person on the other end of the line spoke felt very familiar, almost exactly like Fu Chaoying when she was asleep.
*
Early the next morning, Fu Chaoying opened her eyes in a daze and instinctively searched for Ye Jiayuan’s figure, only to find the bed beside her empty.
Only then did she realize she was already in her own bedroom.
Ye Jiayuan... had actually sent her back after she was done.
Fu Chaoying pressed her lips together, wanting to get out of bed to wash up, but felt a faint discomfort somewhere.
Enduring it, she went into the bathroom to wash up. When she changed clothes, she finally noticed the strawberry marks all over her body.
Dense and numerous; all of them were traces of last night.
A flash of Ye Jiayuan shedding her clothes before her eyes suddenly crossed Fu Chaoying’s mind, and her gaze darkened slightly.
As usual, Fu Chaoying took out a shirt to put on, covering the strawberry marks on her collarbone.
After adjusting her expression, she opened the bedroom door.
Fu Chaohua was sitting on the sofa playing on her phone. At the sound, she turned back. “Morning, Xiaoying.”
Fu Chaoying gave her a light smile. “Morning, Jie.”
Looking around, she didn’t see Ye Jiayuan.
Fu Chaohua said casually, “Jiayuan-jie just came down from working out; she should be taking a shower.”
Taking a shower...
Fu Chaoying walked toward the sofa, but all sorts of unspeakable images flashed through her mind.
Her cheeks warmed faintly before she could help it, when she heard Fu Chaohua say in surprise, “Xiaoying, what happened to your leg? Did you bump it yesterday?”
As she spoke, Ye Jiayuan happened to open the bedroom door.
Fu Chaoying was caught off guard and met Ye Jiayuan’s eyes head-on, then hurriedly looked away and said casually, “Mm, maybe I bumped my knee.”
Fu Chaohua immediately asked with concern, “Are you okay? Do you need to go to the hospital?”
Fu Chaoying’s heart tightened, but from the corner of her eye she caught a flash of amusement on Ye Jiayuan’s face. She quickly waved it off. “It’s fine; it’s just a little bruise.”
Last night her knee really had hit the side of the bathtub, and it had indeed bruised a little...
Fu Chaohua let out a breath of relief. “Then I’ll go see the press conference by myself today; you stay home and rest well.”
Fu Chaoying obediently agreed.
After breakfast, Fu Chaohua left, and only Fu Chaoying and Ye Jiayuan remained in the house.
The maid was clearing the table. Fu Chaoying sat on the living room sofa watching a Hong Kong drama, while Ye Jiayuan read the newspaper.
Ye Jiayuan couldn’t help lifting her eyes to look at her, but saw that Fu Chaoying still hadn’t turned her gaze over; a trace of confusion flashed in her eyes.
After the maid left, Ye Jiayuan sat beside Fu Chaoying and pulled her into her arms. “What’s wrong?”
Fu Chaoying pressed her lips together and turned to look at her. “Why didn’t you sleep with me last night?”
The tail end of her sentence carried a hint of grievance.
Ye Jiayuan lifted a hand to stroke her back. “I was afraid we wouldn’t be able to get up in the morning.”
Imagining something, Fu Chaoying immediately looked away. “Y-you-you!”
She felt a little nervous inside too... Once Ye Jiayuan broke through her line of defense, the consequences would be unimaginable.
Fu Chaoying still had lingering fear and quietly put a little distance between them.
Ye Jiayuan noticed her movement, but didn’t move either; she simply stayed beside her and read the paper quietly.
“Are we staying home today?” Fu Chaoying couldn’t help asking softly.
Ye Jiayuan put the newspaper down. “Do you have any good suggestions?”
Fu Chaoying shook her head. “Then let’s stay home. My knee still hurts anyway.”
It sounded like a complaint, but the end of it carried a bit of pampering softness.
Ye Jiayuan immediately stood up.
Fu Chaoying thought she was going back to work and only pressed her lips together lightly.
Instead, Ye Jiayuan returned with the medicine box, knelt in front of her, tugged at the hem of her pants with her fingertips, and said in a deep voice, “Let me see?”
Fu Chaoying nodded slightly and let her lift the pant leg, revealing a coin-sized bruise on the left knee.
When the other side was lifted, it was the same.
A trace of heartache flashed through Ye Jiayuan’s eyes. “Sorry.”
Then she took out iodine and gently dabbed it on.
It didn’t really hurt that much. Fu Chaoying deliberately acted spoiled. “It hurts...”
Ye Jiayuan seemed to think of something, her throat moving slightly, before she said softly, “Then I’ll be gentler.”
“Sister always says she’ll be gentler...”
Fu Chaoying couldn’t help complaining softly, only to hear her low laugh.
“You mean last night?” Ye Jiayuan looked up at her.
Fu Chaoying’s face inexplicably heated up; she didn’t answer, only heard her continue—
“Sorry. I wasn’t very in control then.”
“Oh.” The corners of Fu Chaoying’s mouth lifted.
After applying the medicine, Ye Jiayuan sat down beside her again.
Fu Chaoying naturally curled into her arms to watch TV, but secretly observed her expression. When she wasn’t paying attention, Fu Chaoying kissed her on the face, then quickly turned away and started watching television.
A trace of amusement passed through Ye Jiayuan’s eyes. She lifted a hand to support the back of Fu Chaoying’s neck and was just about to kiss her lips when the doorbell suddenly rang.
Fu Chaoying looked at her with complete confusion.
Ye Jiayuan sighed helplessly. “It might be my mom.”
