Chapter 83
A celebrity was a high-risk profession.
Working in entertainment demanded enormous mental endurance, so some people found all kinds of ways to blow off steam. Some drank heavily; the more extreme ones turned to drugs. And there was another kind: “stamp collecting.” Literally, it meant collecting stamps. Those stamps were individual male or female actors, and sleeping with them.
Qu Xuesong was even worse. She liked both men and women; she wasn’t picky about anything.
Before Lin Yuewei had even entered the industry, she had heard of people like that. There were also plenty of people in her ordinary social circles whose private lives were messy, but she never would have guessed Qu Xuesong was one of the stamp collectors.
Qu Xuesong, a popular post-’85 actress, had risen to fame in the same wave as Tang Xinyuan, the ex-wife of the male star who had cheated with Fang Xiaoxiao last time. Later on, though, her momentum couldn’t quite match Tang Xinyuan’s. Still, her public reputation was better. She took roles steadily and worked three hundred and sixty-five days a year without a break.
Actors and idols were two different industries. People like Lin Yuewei were like fireworks; a few would appear each year, and before long that wave would pass and they’d sink back into obscurity. Qu Xuesong was different. She had several representative works. Fathers, mothers, grandfathers, grandmothers, and children all liked watching her, and she had a lot of casual fans. So when rumors occasionally spread online about her private life, people would think of the characters she had played and refuse to believe them.
Rather than being surprised that Qu Xuesong was a stamp collector, Lin Yuewei was surprised that Qu Xuesong actually was one!
Sure enough, there were many things in entertainment that were half true and half false; if you weren’t in the circle, it was hard to know. And once people inside the circle learned these open secrets, people like Chen Xuan wouldn’t go around talking about them either.
Thinking from another angle, Qu Xuesong was so busy, her team packed her schedule from top to bottom, and she wasn’t married and didn’t have a boyfriend—the last part was Lin Yuewei’s guess. She had no hobbies, spent all day rushing from one set to another, from event appearances to magazine studios; the psychological pressure was so high that stamp collecting was understandable.
Chen Xuan studied Lin Yuewei, concern showing on her face. “With a face like yours...”
During the show, Lin Yuewei had been especially popular with female fans, and she had quite a few male fans too. She had a face that combined prettiness and sharp, spirited beauty, very much like the refined beauties from Hong Kong at the end of the last century.
Lin Yuewei: “Ah?”
Chen Xuan said, “You’re definitely going to catch Qu Xuesong’s eye. As long as someone isn’t ugly, she’ll sleep with them. With a rookie as pretty as you, be careful.”
Lin Yuewei immediately tensed up.
Chen Xuan comforted her. “But you don’t need to be too scared. She isn’t going to climb into your bed in the middle of the night. Just stay with the crew when you’re on set, go back to the hotel after filming, and don’t be alone with her. Basically nothing will happen.”
“Okay,” Lin Yuewei said.
Chen Xuan paused, then gave her a long, meaningful look. “If anything really does happen, it’s not a big deal; just do it cleanly and don’t leave anything behind with her.” As a “stamp collector,” Qu Xuesong still had a decent reputation in the industry. She had never caused any major scandals all these years, but better safe than sorry.
Lin Yuewei: “...”
She raised her hand and swore, “I absolutely will not have anything happen with her.”
She might dare, but then Gu Yanqiu would skin her alive. Gu Yanqiu was petty and held grudges; she might even divorce her. Besides, Lin Yuewei hadn’t even done anything with Gu Yanqiu yet, so where would she get the mind to think about anyone else?
Chen Xuan hummed. “That’s best. I’m just reminding you.”
The first day was only for meeting people; training and the rest of the preparations would start tomorrow. Since the two names billed above Lin Yuewei hadn’t arrived yet, there was naturally nothing much to do. Chen Xuan had originally wanted to take Lin Yuewei back to the hotel first, but just as she took a step, she felt her sleeve tugged lightly.
Chen Xuan looked back.
Lin Yuewei asked, “Can I stay here a little longer?”
“What for?”
“I want to go find the acting coach.”
Chen Xuan understood what she meant. This girl really was going all out to learn, so she nodded. “Have Yuanyuan follow you. If there’s anything, let her do it; if you don’t understand something, ask her.”
Wang Yuanyuan was standing nearby, smiling.
Chen Xuan said, “Then I’m leaving first. I still have something to do.”
Lin Yuewei smiled. “Farewell, Sister Chen.”
Wang Yuanyuan lowered her head slightly.
The production’s acting coach was a teacher from the acting department at X Drama Academy. Lin Yuewei didn’t know her, but she had spoken with the director before. The acting coach was one of his good friends, and many productions had invited her to guide the acting. She had even coached out a very iconic role before. How could Lin Yuewei pass up a chance to exchange ideas with a teacher?
She felt like a parched sponge right now, desperately needing to absorb all kinds of water. She wanted to learn everything; everyone was her teacher.
On the way over, Lin Yuewei ran into two staff members. She put her hands together, bowed her head modestly and respectfully, and said, “Lighting teacher. Camera teacher.”
The two staff members didn’t know her and assumed she was some obscure supporting actor or another newly arrived staff member, so they both smiled.
“Teacher Chi, I’m Lin Yuewei. I’m the actress playing Bai Shu.” When Lin Yuewei reached the acting coach, she introduced herself again, even more politely.
“Ah, Xiao Lin,” Teacher Chi said, shaking her hand with a full smile. “Hello, hello. Director Yang mentioned you to me and said I should teach you properly.”
“Thank you, Teacher Chi. What can I do now?” Lin Yuewei rubbed her hands together, a little lost.
“Do something?”
“Yes. I’d just be idle otherwise, so give me anything to do.”
“Then you...” Teacher Chi looked around. “Why don’t you start by getting ready and go train over there? It’s still morning anyway, and there’s plenty of time.”
The place Teacher Chi referred to was a temporary training base not far from the set. In order to make the actors more like police officers, the crew had hired instructors to teach them. Aside from the female lead, Qu Xuesong, everyone else had to undergo two weeks of intensive training. In addition to physical conditioning, they also had to fully immerse themselves in simulating the daily work of a police bureau. The time was a little short, but it was a television drama; the requirements weren’t as high as for a movie. And with so many actors, it wasn’t easy to adjust everyone’s schedules. Two weeks of training was already pretty good.
“Okay,” Lin Yuewei agreed immediately. “Should I go back to the hotel and move my luggage over now?”
“I’ll go with you. Wait for me a moment; I’ll say a couple of words to Director Yang.”
“Of course, please do.”
Lin Yuewei stepped aside.
Teacher Chi walked over, then looked back at her once more.
“Let’s go.” Teacher Chi smiled and came toward her.
“Is this your first time filming, Xiao Lin?” they chatted as they walked.
“It’s my first time filming on set.”
“Any other acting experience?”
“I’ve recorded programs before, and acted on stage, but I didn’t do a very good job.”
“Everyone goes from not good to good. No one is born knowing how to act. What matters is having a heart that’s willing to learn and keep going.”
“I know. It’s just that there are too many things I want to learn, and I don’t know where to start.”
“Start from the beginning.” Noticing the surprised look in Lin Yuewei’s eyes, Teacher Chi said, “The more you know, the more questions you’ll have. You can never finish learning. Treat every role, even the ones you’ve already played, as a completely new role; treat it as if it’s your last role, and give it everything you have. Once you’ve understood how to play it, that’s enough.”
“I understand, Teacher.”
Teacher Chi looked at her twice, then said, “You haven’t studied acting before, have you?”
Lin Yuewei shook her head a little embarrassedly. “I took a training class and learned a little casually.”
“Then it may be a little harder for you later.”
“If I were afraid of hardship, I wouldn’t have chosen this line of work.”
“That’s true.” Teacher Chi laughed.
The two of them chatted and laughed all the way to the car. The crew had arranged for them to stay at the same hotel, on the same floor. They would pack up their luggage and head over together.
When Chen Xuan heard that Lin Yuewei was already going to training, she was a little surprised but said nothing else. She only told her to work hard, then booked a flight for the next day and left for another city first; she would come back when Lin Yuewei started filming.
At the training center, Lin Yuewei met the “coworkers” she would be working with for the next three or four months; in other words, the other criminal investigation officers in the squad. In order to get used to the filming atmosphere early, after everyone introduced themselves, Teacher Chi had them address each other by their in-drama names.
Lin Yuewei played Bai Shu; her forms of address were Deputy Squad, Deputy, or Bai Fu. Only Qin Li would call her Lao Bai, but Qin Li hadn’t arrived yet. Their agreed time was tomorrow. The remaining colleagues had respectively claimed the names Eyeglasses, Da Qiao, Xiao Jian, Old Wang, and so on.
Aside from physical training, Lin Yuewei spent the entire day with her colleagues in one office. Teacher Chi would have them sit there and chat about ordinary family matters and daily life; except Lin Yuewei couldn’t participate and could only listen. She would also deliberately create conflicts between them, some small sparring and bickering, and in the end have Lin Yuewei come out with a stern face to mediate, because the drama required Lin Yuewei to have this ability to control the whole scene.
Qin Li arrived right on time the next morning. He was 185 centimeters tall, all legs below the neck, a textbook handsome guy with thick brows and bright eyes. In the entertainment industry, there weren’t many ugly people; those who were good-looking and good at acting were countless. Qin Li’s assistant followed behind him, both hands full of food and drinks.
“Hello, teachers.” The assistant came over and handed things out to everyone. Without Lin Yuewei needing to signal, Wang Yuanyuan very conscientiously went up to help.
“Teacher Qin.”
Qin Li was in his early thirties and had already starred in several television dramas, as well as acted in films. He had the highest status among those present, and everyone greeted him one after another. Qin Li memorized everyone’s names one by one. Chen Xuan hadn’t been wrong; Qin Li looked like an honest, straightforward man who had no airs at all. Not long after arriving, he was already calling everyone brothers, and the pre-shoot training was pleasant and harmonious.
Qin Li was a typical hardworking actor. His hands were never idle. He was often holding a little notebook and quietly reciting lines. It wasn’t until later that Lin Yuewei learned what exactly was written in that little notebook.
“The cover says A Dog’s Life Choices. Guess what that is?”
“What is it?”
“Guess.” That night, Lin Yuewei was lying on the bed in the training center dormitory, one leg crossed over the other, stretching while calling Gu Yanqiu. The soundproofing here wasn’t great, so she didn’t dare speak too loudly.
Gu Yanqiu paused on the other end and said, “It’s one of Meng Jinghui’s stage plays.”
“Did you secretly search it online?” Lin Yuewei said. Over the past few days, she had personally witnessed how fast Gu Yanqiu could look things up online.
“Mm.” Gu Yanqiu admitted without hesitation.
“That’s cheating.” Lin Yuewei raised her voice a little, then lowered it again.
“You never said I wasn’t allowed to use the internet beforehand.”
“I’ve only been gone a few days and you already want to argue with me.” Lin Yuewei glared, putting on a fierce expression while slinging the blame first.
“I didn’t want to argue with you. This doesn’t even count as arguing,” Gu Yanqiu felt it was simply unreasonable. She had just been a little faster, so how could that be her fault?
Lin Yuewei said, “I don’t care.”
Gu Yanqiu asked, “Don’t care about what?”
“Guess again.”
“...I already know what it is. How am I supposed to guess?”
“Anyway, you have to guess, or I’m going to be mad.”
“You’re being unreasonable.”
“Right, I am being unreasonable. You’re not just finding out today. If you don’t guess again, I’m going to argue with you. I really will argue with you.” She said “threateningly” in the name of a threat, but it was really more like acting cute. “When I lose my temper, it’s scary. You won’t be able to coax me.”
That said, Lin Yuewei didn’t have much confidence at all. She knew perfectly well what kind of person Gu Yanqiu was; expecting to threaten her like this was nothing short of fantasy.
Gu Yanqiu gave a soft “mm” and said, “If you lose your temper now, I can’t exactly coax you anyway. They won’t let me in there.”
Lin Yuewei: “Hmph.”
Then an idea flashed through Lin Yuewei’s mind. “Wait, how do you know they won’t let me in there?”
Gu Yanqiu changed tack and, in exactly the same tone Lin Yuewei had used at the start, laughed and said, “Guess?”
Lin Yuewei had no patience whatsoever, and she couldn’t look this up online either, so she went straight to the point. “Confess honestly.”
Gu Yanqiu didn’t answer directly. Instead, she said, “I learned a word from Lin Zhi these past few days.”
“What word?”
“Double standards.”
“...” Lin Yuewei heard the roundabout way she was insulting her.
“Gu, Yan, Qiu.” Lin Yuewei enunciated each syllable.
“Fine, I confess. I’m in City N right now.”
Sure enough, Lin Yuewei suppressed the surprise in her heart and asked calmly, “When did you get here?”
“Tonight. Not long ago.”
“Nonsense. If you just got here not long ago, how would you know I couldn’t be visited here?”
“Because...” Gu Yanqiu paused for a long time.
Lin Yuewei vaguely had a guess. Could it be...
The evening wind brushed past her ear. Gu Yanqiu gathered the long hair blown over her forehead and, speaking tenderly to Lin Yuewei on the other end of the phone, said, “I’m right outside the door.”
Lin Yuewei was deeply moved. “You...”
In the night wind, Gu Yanqiu said, “Mm. I missed you, so I took a flight over to see you.”
Who said Gu Yanqiu was straight? Say one more word and Lin Yuewei would beat herself to death.
Lin Yuewei came out of the dormitory and ran into Qin Li, who was still working hard at the end of the corridor.
“Big Brother Qin.”
“Yo, Teacher Lin.”
“Please, don’t.” Lin Yuewei put her hands together in surrender.
Qin Li laughed heartily, the sound bright and easy.
“Where are you going, Old Bai?” Qin Li used the name from the drama.
“Reporting to Team Qin, I’m going out for a little stroll to clear my head.”
“Go on, go on.” Qin Li waved a hand. “Approved.”
Lin Yuewei slipped to the guardroom at the entrance and said a few words, then slipped out. Holding her phone to her ear, she said, “I’m out. Where are you?”
There were streetlights around, but a few were old and out of order; many of the intermittent stretches of road were pitch-black. Lin Yuewei walked while talking on the phone. “You saw me? Keep walking forward? Okay.”
“Still forward?”
“How far forward? Are you tricking me? How come only you can see me and I can’t see you? My eyesight is very good.”
“Gu—”
The hand holding her phone was grabbed and pulled down by another hand, bringing both her hand and phone down with it and wrapping them in front of her chest. The next moment, her back bumped into a patch of warm, soft chest; the familiar scent of agarwood invaded her nose. Lin Yuewei’s tense muscles immediately relaxed, and she leaned back into the person behind her, smiling softly. “So you really were lying to me. How long have you been hiding here?”
“Not that long,” Gu Yanqiu said, resting her chin on Lin Yuewei’s shoulder and breathing deeply in her scent. Her voice was muffled and low. “Only about an hour.”
“Why do you sound so wronged?”
“Wronged? No. Maybe my posture was wrong.” Gu Yanqiu straightened up and immediately returned to a normal speaking tone.
Lin Yuewei somewhat regretted reminding her. A wronged-looking Gu Yanqiu was so rare.
Lin Yuewei turned around, hooked a finger through the long hair that had fallen in front of Gu Yanqiu, winding it around her own index finger, half leaning against her as she looked up. “You’ve been standing here for an hour?”
“Mm.” Gu Yanqiu never lied.
Lin Yuewei used her other free hand to touch Gu Yanqiu’s, only to find it icy cold. She immediately scolded her, “You came out in the middle of the night and didn’t even wear more clothes.” She looked Gu Yanqiu over from head to toe. She was still dressed light and neat, in ankle-length pants, with her thin, pale ankles fully exposed. “Who are you dressing up this beautifully for in the dead of night?”
“For you.”
Lin Yuewei was struck dumb by the sudden sweet talk, her mind alarm blaring as if it had short-circuited. For a moment, she forgot every word: “...”
“You...” It took Lin Yuewei a long time to recover her senses. Softly, she said, “Next time... next time you’re not allowed to do this.”
Gu Yanqiu smiled.
She was very satisfied with Lin Yuewei’s reaction. Next time she would still do this; not doing it was impossible.
Lin Yuewei stopped playing with her hair and took both of her ice-cold hands into her own, breathing warm air over them in her palms, rubbing and massaging them while looking around. “Where’s your car?”
Gu Yanqiu nodded toward one direction.
Lin Yuewei hurriedly pulled her toward the car. It was parked not far from where Gu Yanqiu had been “hiding.” After they got in and turned on the air conditioning, they both sat in the back seat. Lin Yuewei glanced out through the window. “Honestly, you have a car and still wait outside instead of staying inside where it’s warm.”
Gu Yanqiu replied, “I was waiting in the car.”
Lin Yuewei: “...” Fine, pretend she hadn’t said that.
Gu Yanqiu added, “After you said you’d come out, I got out of the car. I didn’t want you not to see me.”
Lin Yuewei became happy again, but she still kept a stern face. “You’re hiding in the dark now, and I still didn’t see you.”
Gu Yanqiu didn’t argue; she just smiled.
“What are you smiling at?”
“You.” Lin Yuewei understood. Her heart went sweet, and she deliberately misread her. “Making fun of me?”
Gu Yanqiu unhurriedly completed the sentence: “Seeing you, so I smiled.”
Lin Yuewei still wanted to act stern for a little longer, but after one second, then two, she finally couldn’t help but laugh too.
“So did I,” Lin Yuewei said, leaning over to kiss Gu Yanqiu.
She wanted to taste whether Gu Yanqiu had smeared honey on her lips before coming out. Today they were so sweet.
Outside the car, all was silent; inside, the atmosphere kept heating up.
At some point, Lin Yuewei had been firmly pressed against the seatback, her shoulder braced against Gu Yanqiu’s to stop her from leaning in again. Gu Yanqiu’s misty eyes were full of confusion. Panting, Lin Yuewei said, “I... I need a moment.”
She still wasn’t very good at catching her breath, and Gu Yanqiu far outclassed her in this regard.
Gu Yanqiu waited patiently, staring at the watch on her wrist as she counted the seconds. Every thirty seconds, she asked, “Done yet?”
Lin Yuewei was embarrassed and annoyed by being asked so many times, and she glared at her.
Gu Yanqiu had stared her down plenty at home and wasn’t afraid at all. But she was in a good mood now, so she curved her eyes and asked again, “Done yet?”
Lin Yuewei took a deep breath and pounced.
Ten minutes later.
Gu Yanqiu began a second round of counting.
Only then did Lin Yuewei remember something. “We can’t do this anymore. If I get like this, they’ll notice.” She pointed at her lips. Her lips were thin, and after kisses like that they easily swelled and reddened, so she had to restrain herself when she was outside.
Gu Yanqiu gave up on counting with a look of regret.
Lin Yuewei caught that look and glanced at her sidelong. “You came all this way just to kiss me?”
Gu Yanqiu shook her head.
Lin Yuewei: “Then what did you come find me for?”
Gu Yanqiu: “I came because I missed you.”
Having coaxed her into hearing this line again, Lin Yuewei felt comfortable in both body and soul. Gu Yanqiu didn’t notice her little scheme; she didn’t even think of it as sweet talk, just something she said naturally and straight from the heart.
Gu Yanqiu suddenly frowned.
Lin Yuewei asked, “What’s wrong?”
Gu Yanqiu said a little vexedly, “I don’t know what to say anymore.” Then she added, “I still had something I wanted to say just now, but you interrupted me.”
Lin Yuewei touched the furrow between her brows and launched a sudden attack, kissing it loudly.
Gu Yanqiu’s eyes widened. She was completely stunned, like a rabbit that didn’t know which hole to dart into.
Too cute, too cute, too cute, Lin Yuewei screamed in her heart; then she kissed her eyes once more, and a series of smacking kisses fell all over Gu Yanqiu’s face.
Gu Yanqiu’s face was covered in moist saliva, and her vision blurred; she had no choice but to half-close her eyes and reach one hand toward Lin Yuewei. “Tissues.”
Lin Yuewei reached over to the front seat to get some tissue paper.
Gu Yanqiu wiped her face clean and laughed with a sigh.
Lin Yuewei felt no shame; instead, she was proud of herself. “How does it feel?”
Gu Yanqiu smiled. “Kind of novel.” There was a feeling of being wrapped from head to toe by passionate affection. Though the saliva on her face wasn’t exactly comfortable, the satisfaction it brought on a spiritual level was very high.
Lin Yuewei closed her eyes and lifted her face, taking the initiative to invite her. “You go ahead.”
She waited a long time; when she opened her eyes, Gu Yanqiu was still maintaining the same posture, her expression hesitant. One look was enough for Lin Yuewei to know what she was thinking. “Too embarrassed?”
Gu Yanqiu nodded.
Lin Yuewei sighed. “Then wait until you’re not embarrassed before kissing me.” She muttered, “What’s so embarrassing about kissing your own wife? If you’re embarrassed now, what are you going to do when we’re both naked later?”
“What are you saying?”
“Nothing.”
Lin Yuewei grew serious. “Come on, let’s hurry and talk for a while, or keep kissing. Let me say it up front: no deep kissing.”
“Let’s talk.” Gu Yanqiu chose the first option.
“Did you come over here for business and just happen to see me, or did you come specially?” Lin Yuewei immediately began chatting.
Gu Yanqiu had also figured it out by then. She gave Lin Yuewei a languid look and said, “What do you want me to say?”
Lin Yuewei’s heart went oh no, and she inwardly cursed Gu Yanqiu for being sly; she had suddenly figured it out at this moment.
Looking at her, Lin Yuewei smiled gently. “Say whatever you like. How would I know your work schedule?”
Though her attitude was gentle, if Gu Yanqiu dared say she had merely come on business and stopped by, Lin Yuewei would immediately change her face.
Fortunately, Gu Yanqiu really had come specially, and she answered honestly, “I came specifically to see you.” She added, “If you want to know my schedule, just ask me. I’ll tell you everything.”
“I won’t remember it.”
Gu Yanqiu pursed her lips and looked a little unhappy.
Lin Yuewei hurriedly explained, “I won’t remember the work schedule; if you have an electronic version, send it to me. I have to keep mine in my phone too. Usually Wang Yuanyuan writes it down for me.”
Gu Yanqiu was silent for a long while. Then she touched the dark circles under Lin Yuewei’s eyes, and a trace of tenderness flashed through her gaze. “You’ve worked hard.”
Lin Yuewei didn’t know what had hit her funny bone, but suddenly she burst out laughing.
Gu Yanqiu: “???”
Lin Yuewei stopped immediately and said, “You sound a bit like a leader coming to offer condolences.”
Gu Yanqiu let out a long, helpless sigh.
Lin Yuewei leaned closer to her. “Are you mad?”
“No.” Gu Yanqiu shook her head. “When am I ever that easy to anger?”
“Aren’t you petty and vindictive?”
Gu Yanqiu sounded even more helpless. “...”
That joke was never going to end.
To avoid Lin Yuewei saying anything else that would ruin the atmosphere, Gu Yanqiu took the initiative to turn her head and seal her lips. No deep kiss; they didn’t dare. Their lips pressed quietly together; their eyes half-closed. Lin Yuewei took Gu Yanqiu’s hand and placed it over her own heart.
Gu Yanqiu felt Lin Yuewei’s heartbeat, one beat after another; real and powerful.
The two of them lingered in the car for a long time. When it was finally time to part, Lin Yuewei refused Gu Yanqiu’s suggestion to escort her to the door and told her to stay in the car while she walked alone toward the entrance without looking back.
From the rearview mirror, Gu Yanqiu watched her back disappear behind the gate; then she stepped on the gas and drove in the completely opposite direction from Lin Yuewei. Under the distant sky, one car and one person stretched infinitely far apart.
Lin Yuewei returned to her room distractedly. Suddenly, a clear, cool voice sounded behind her. “Teacher Lin.”
Lin Yuewei immediately turned around with a helpless look. “Teacher Qin, can you please stop scaring me?”
“How can that count as scaring you?”
When Lin Yuewei left, Qin Li had been studying hard; when she came back, he was still studying hard in the corridor. Lin Yuewei suspected he had taken root in the hallway, and that she’d still see him there when she got up tomorrow morning.
She was just about to say, “You call me Teacher Lin at every turn; if that’s not scaring me, what is?” when Qin Li sized her up and let out an exaggerated “wow.” “You went out and blew in the cold wind all night, and your complexion is still this good? Nice and rosy.”
Lin Yuewei didn’t know what he was getting at.
Qin Li stepped closer and lowered his voice. “Did you go out to see your significant other?”
Lin Yuewei’s nerves instantly tensed, but on her face she kept a straight front and said blithely, “I just went for a stroll. My complexion is from running. I... ran a bit just now.”
Qin Li was very tactful and didn’t ask further. He just laughed twice, patted her shoulder, and said, “I was joking. Go sleep. Good night, Old Bai.”
“Good night, Team Qin.”
Lin Yuewei passed Qin Li and returned to her room. On her face, turned away from Qin Li, there was a trace of seriousness.
Author’s Note:
Even the most honest and reliable people in a circle have more than ordinary people do. Little Lin underestimated them way too much ︶_︶
Lin Yuewei: You’re embarrassed to kiss my face, so what are we going to do when the Rolls-Royce gets started later?
Gu Yanqiu: I’m very embarrassed about that o(≧口≦)o
I’ve been calling for Lin Gong for so long now; Forbidden City, let’s go!
